Rachel Lusk inspires and empowers agents and team members to set goals and create their life by design. She is a licensed Realtor®, co-owner of Onward Agent Services, Real Estate Investor and Market Center Administrator at KW Greater Springfield. She has served in multiple leadership capacities throughout her career and personal life. In her role as the Market Center Administrator, she has led the operations and financials for the brokerage of 400+ agents and coached the agents on how to follow the systems and models outlined in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book. Her life's mission is to say, "YES" to every opportunity that comes her way so she can create a legacy worth leaving for her family while inspiring others to do the same. Outside of the office you can find Rachel with her fiancé and their two dogs grilling out at their house, spending time with their family and friends, serving on the Host Team at their local church or trying out the newest restaurant in Springfield. She can't wait for the opportunity to earn your business!
Chief of Systems
Monica Kelts is a licensed Realtor®, co-owner of Onward Agent Services, and the Director of Operations at Holt Homes Group, KW. In 2020 she led her operations team to collect over 330 client testimonials, close nearly 540 transactions, and rolled out an entire system around operations asking for referrals through consistent and scalable events and systems. Her passion is to inspire others to know their value and to lead them to living an intentional and fully present life. She helps real estate individuals and teams by finding and bridging gaps, implementing efficient systems and improving their culture by clear communication and standards. Growing up in Missouri, Monica has always had a love for the outdoors, animals, and sports. She enjoys spending her time with her family floating the rivers or exploring with her husband on their dune buggy. In the Fall/Winter months she spends her time cheering her kids on from the stands and watching endless amounts of football, specifically the KC Chiefs.
Transaction Manager
Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Torie now lives in Nixa with her husband Conner and 10 month old son Lincoln. She has been in the real estate industry for five years, but with her dad being a residential contractor, she has been around real estate her whole life. When she is not helping agents, she enjoys being outside with Lincoln and their two dogs Bane and Cam. Her favorite things are Christmas music, sushi, and Amazon.
Transaction Coordinator
Chelsey has been a licensed realtor since graduating from Drury University in 2016. She has experience in almost every area in real estate, and also recently added “real estate investing” to that list after purchasing her first vacation rental in Branson with her husband, Lucas. After experimenting in different areas in real estate, she realized her love for Transaction Coordination. Chelsey has successfully closed hundreds of transactions for agents and loves being able to use her organizational skills and attention to detail to help her agents run a successful business. When she isn’t working, Chelsey is probably either on stage performing with her country band, at home on her farm with her husband, two dogs, two horses and multiple cows, or watching a Drury basketball or Kansas City Chiefs game.
Transaction Coordinator
The Transaction Coordinator is an individual who thrives on organization, time management, and communication. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving assistant putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements with team members. The TC is pro-active in arriving each day timely, with a high sense of urgency to get the job done. He/She is ready to assist the agents in any and all documentation needed to close a deal, ensure compliance is accurate, and systems are continually implemented. He/She will provide 5 star customer service in every aspect, request, and track all client reviews for raving fans. Upon receiving instruction, the TC will collect all needed details, communicate clearly, send documents for signatures, follow up with other agents on timelines for signing, and send/receive documents in a timely manner. The TC also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly watching webinars, attending needed courses, and regularly improving any systems as needed. This position offers flexibility, growth and opportunity.
